Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

Robust knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.

Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.

Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Familiarity with change management principles and implementation strategies.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
