Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements and validate process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).

Experience in mapping and modeling business processes to support technology implementations.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into clear process documentation.

Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather insights and ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.

Familiarity with tools and techniques for user and task analysis to enhance process accuracy and effectiveness.

Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
