Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in OSS Service Assurance, ServiceNow TSM, TSOM, CMDB, ITSM Modules.

Good To Have Skills

Experience with cloud-based solutions, Database Architecture, Data Analytics, and integration platforms.

Robust analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Ability to create detailed business cases and project plans.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Assurance.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
