Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-domain content for AI training

Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs

Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency

Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on coaching, and ongoing team development

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates

Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations Who You Are Experienced team leader with a strong track record of managing and developing analysts or specialists

Deep practitioner in business analysis, consulting, or a related domain — you know your subject inside out





Sharp analytical thinker who can evaluate the quality, logic, and accuracy of business content

Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into structured, actionable feedback

Self-directed and organised — you manage priorities well and deliver without hand-holding

No prior AI or tech experience required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

2+ years of direct team management experience

3–6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused project work

Strong research, analytical, and critical evaluation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Master's degree or MBA in a relevant business or quantitative discipline

Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance systems

Background in case study writing, academic content, or structured business research
