Growth & Marketing Support ● Support market research and segment mapping ● Assist in building and maintaining lead databases ● Help track marketing campaign performance ● Support content research for blogs and thought leadership ● Maintain CRM hygiene and lead tracking reports 2. Sales & Business Development Support ● Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and WhatsApp ● Follow up with prospective borrowers for documentation ● Ensure complete document submission by customers ● Track borrower movement across sales lifecycle stages ● Support Business Head with sales tracking and reporting Who Should Apply ● Fresh graduates ● Solid communication skills (verbal and written) ● Comfortable speaking with customers ● Detail-oriented and organized ● High ownership mindset
