Role Description The Business Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Business

Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, including project financials, budgeting, and resource planning for interior design projects. This role will coordinate across design, sales, procurement, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Manager will track key performance metrics, manage vendor relationships, support business development initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. The role also involves leading and mentoring team members, implementing operational best practices,



and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Business operations and management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning

- Experience in project coordination and vendor management, preferably within interiors, architecture, construction, or related fields

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using spreadsheets and business reporting tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners

- Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools;

experience with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, design-focused environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Interest in interior design, customer experience, and creating high-quality residential spaces
