Role Description The Business Manager – Life Insurance will oversee and grow the life insurance portfolio within Al Fahad Enterprises’ business ecosystem. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and supervising a team of insurance advisors or sales representatives. The role includes developing business plans, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in the life insurance domain.

The Business

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design customer-centric insurance solutions, conduct market analysis, and implement initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reporting on business performance, optimizing processes, and providing training and coaching to the team.

Qualifications





Proven experience in life insurance business management, including sales leadership, portfolio growth, and client relationship management.

Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development, with the ability to set and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk assessment practices.

Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for working with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset; prior experience in the Bengaluru market is a plus.
