Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Manager – BBPS & UPI Payments to join our growing fintech team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to digital payments, BBPS ecosystem, UPI products, and lending operations within the NBFC/Fintech industry. The role involves managing partnerships, driving payment business growth, handling merchant/client onboarding, and supporting lending-linked payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Partnerships

- Drive business growth for BBPS and UPI payment solutions
- Identify and onboard new merchants, aggregators, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment gateways, and fintech partners
- Explore recent business opportunities in digital payments and lending ecosystems BBPS & UPI Operations
- Manage end-to-end BBPS and UPI payment operations
- Coordinate with internal product, tech, compliance, and operations teams
- Monitor transaction success rates, settlement processes, and reconciliation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of payment solutions Lending & Fintech Coordination
- Work closely with lending and collections teams for payment-related solutions
- Support repayment collection journeys through UPI AutoPay, BBPS, and digital channels
- Understand customer payment behavior and recommend process improvements Compliance & Reporting




- Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, and regulatory guidelines related to payments
- Prepare MIS reports, transaction analysis, and business performance updates
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in BBPS, UPI Payments, or Digital Payments domain
- PGDM / MBA qualification preferred
- Prior experience in NBFC or Fintech industry is mandatory
- Lending/payment collection experience preferred
- Good understanding of NPCI, RBI guidelines, and payment ecosystem
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Skills
- Experience in merchant acquisition and payment partnerships
- Knowledge of UPI AutoPay, payment gateway integration, and BBPS operations
- Exposure to collections or lending repayment products will be an added advantage Selection Process:
