About the Role

Aventus Informatics is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) . The ideal candidate will work with data from multiple client systems and platforms, bringing it together into unified dashboards that provide a single source of truth for business reporting.

You will collaborate with our software development team and clients to understand data structures, integrate information from different sources, and build meaningful dashboards that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Work extensively with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) data.
- Understand client reporting requirements and design dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Integrate and synchronize data from various platforms, including GA4, GSC, databases, APIs, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications.
- Build interactive dashboards and automated reports using Looker Studio and other BI tools.
- Design reporting solutions that provide a unified view of business performance across multiple data sources.
- Work closely with software developers to map data, validate integrations, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all reporting systems.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
- Develop calculated metrics, KPIs, and custom reports based on client requirements.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.




- Present dashboards and reporting solutions to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) .
- Robust hands-on experience with Google Search Console (GSC) .
- Advanced proficiency in Looker Studio .
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and third-party tools.
- Good understanding of data mapping, data transformation, and reporting concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
- Experience building dashboards for multiple clients or enterprise reporting.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
- Experience working with software development teams.
