This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires continuous engagement with teams to ensure that the implemented changes align with the strategic goals and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across the function.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business function initiatives.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.

Solid analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

Experience in designing and re-designing business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and implement solutions.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges within business functions and deliver practical recommendations.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
