Role Description The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Varanasi and be responsible for driving admissions and promoting Mastermind Gurukul’s sales and marketing programs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and events, and presenting course offerings to prospective students and partners. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding learner needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Specialist will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support campaigns, gather market insights, and contribute to growth strategies.



This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, handle inquiries, and provide clear, professional guidance.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify target audiences, qualify prospects, and understand local and regional market trends.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements to outreach and conversion strategies.

Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, especially digital marketing and education services, is beneficial.

Experience upto 0 to 5 years in business development, counseling, or admissions in the education or training sector is an advantage.
