Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Indore.
The Business Development
Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to support the company's strategic branding and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Skills
Robust expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate high-quality leads, build prospect pipelines, and support business growth initiatives
Identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Track outreach performance and report results
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
Salary: 25k - 35k per Month (Based on skills & experience).
