Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth of Alkymi Media’s PR and communication services.

Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.



The specialist will also maintain a pipeline of prospects, follow up on inquiries, participate in meetings and pitches, and provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to identify, target, and convert potential clients.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management in media, PR, or related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or similar tools to track leads and activities.
