We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated professionals to generate business opportunities across Europe, the UK, and India.

Role Overview As an SDR/ISR, you will identify new business opportunities, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. You will collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and account executives to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries promptly. Understand customer requirements through discovery calls and qualify for opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term relationships. Update CRM with accurate lead and activity information. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,



and Pre-Sales teams to convert qualified leads.

Achieve monthly KPIs for calls, emails, meetings, and pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Understanding enterprise sales and consultative selling.

Preferred Skills Experience in European and UK markets. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Experience with Shopify, Magento, Pimcore, or similar platforms will be an add-on.
