Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Identify and appoint current distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the assigned territory.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers to ensure repeat business.

- Ensure product availability and visibility across all outlets in the assigned area.

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

- Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.

- Monitor stock levels with distributors and ensure timely replenishment.

- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit cycles.





- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
