Business Development Officer – AAC & PCC Blocks Marketing

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) and PCC (Precast Cement Concrete) blocks.

Identify and acquire new customers, including builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and dealers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular market surveys to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and participation in construction industry events.

Deliver product presentations and educate customers on the technical and commercial advantages of AAC and PCC blocks.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support.





Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Manage dealer and distributor networks by appointing new channel partners and supporting existing ones.

Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, site demonstrations, and product awareness programs.

Track outstanding payments and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely collections.

Stay updated on industry trends, construction practices, and emerging technologies to identify current market opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies while achieving sales growth, revenue, and profitability objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
