Techlyn Technologies is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our client base and bring exciting software development projects to our company. What You’ll Do ✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, referrals, and other channels.

✅ Identify and connect with potential clients worldwide.

✅ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

✅ Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

✅ Conduct client meetings and follow up until the deal is closed.

✅ Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

✅ Work closely with our development team to ensure smooth project handover.Requireme nts* 0–3 yea rs of experience in IT business development or software sales.

Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer,



or other lead generation platforms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
