Job Summary

Drive investor acquisition for the Investment Products by identifying prospects, explaining the investment model, generating qualified leads, conducting presentations, and converting prospects into investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new investor leads through networking, referrals, events and digital channels.
- Explain the solar investment plans and expected returns using company-approved material.
- Conduct one-to-one and group presentations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly investment and revenue targets.




- Maintain solid post-investment relationships and generate referrals.

• Provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications Any Graduate or related field.

Experience

3 to 5 years in business development, investment sales, real estate sales, financial products, insurance, wealth management or high-value consultative sales.

Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, lead generation, relationship management, CRM proficiency and target orientation.

KPIs

Qualified leads, meetings conducted, investment conversions, revenue generated, referral business, customer satisfaction and CRM accuracy.
