Business Development Manager - Staffing & Facility Management

Experience 4-8 Years

Salary 6,00,000 -7,20,000 per annum (50,000 -60,000 per month)

Role & Responsibilities

Generate new business leads for Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff,

Office Boys, Data Entry Operators, Receptionists, Drivers, Pantry

Staff, and other support staffing services.

Identify and acquire recent corporate clients through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.

Meet HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility Management teams to understand their manpower requirements.

Present company services and prepare commercial proposals.

Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure timely manpower deployment.

Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and daily MIS reports.

Identify new business opportunities in IT Companies, Manufacturing,

Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Warehouses, and Commercial

Establishments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: 4-8 years in Business Development, Corporate Sales,

Staffing, Facility Management,



Security Services, or Manpower Outsourcing.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any Graduate (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in generating B2B corporate leads and closing deals.

Strong network with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility Heads is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Willing to travel for client meetings across Hyderabad.
