Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, following up on leads, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal negotiation.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with solid account management and customer service capabilities.

Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and preparing business proposals and presentations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, managing contacts, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
