We partner with leading pharmaceutical companies to create impactful marketing and communication solutions.

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who understands the pharmaceutical ecosystem, has an established network within the industry, and can drive strategic business growth. Key Responsibility:

Identify, develop, and acquire current business opportunities within pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and allied industries.

Build and maintain relationships with Brand Managers, Product Managers, Marketing Heads, Medical Affairs teams, Procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.

Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, conferences, and strategic outreach.

Understand client marketing objectives and develop customized agency solutions.





Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and pitch decks.

Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.

Collaborate closely with the strategy, creative, digital, and production teams to develop winning solutions.

Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy profit margins.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.

Ensure smooth transition from sales to client servicing after project closure. Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing) preferred.

4–8 years of proven business development experience.

Prior experience working with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare clients is mandatory.

Existing relationships within the pharmaceutical industry will be a significant advantage.
