You'll own our outbound sales and marketing - generating leads, pitching clients, and closing deals. This is a work-from-office role at our Panchkula office (Chandigarh region), and we want someone who thrives in a face-to-face, collaborative setting. ✅ What you'll do
→ Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and referral networks
→ Build and maintain our Upwork presence - proposals, profiles, and client relationships
→ Run targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to international and domestic clients
→ Handle initial conversations, discovery calls, and proposal submissions
→ Track pipeline and report weekly progress to leadership ? Who we're looking for
→ Minimum 3 years of BD or sales experience, ideally at a digital/IT agency
→ Hands-on experience with Upwork (proposal writing, profile management)
→ Strong LinkedIn networking and outreach skills
→ Excellent written and spoken English
→ Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with a results-based structure ? What we offer
