We combine design, construction, and smart automation to deliver professionally managed, high-quality homes with fixed pricing and fixed timelines . With operations across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ballari, Bhopal, and Mysore, we're on an ambitious journey to expand to 500 cities and build 15,000 homes annually .
- Drive business development and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations,
and project teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We're Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry is mandatory .
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
✅ Experience in residential construction or smart home solutions is a strong plus.
