? Work Mode: Work from Office

? CTC: ₹12 LPA – ₹24 LPA + Attractive Sales Incentives

Must Have a Construction & Real estate experience. What You'll Do:

Drive business development and revenue growth.

Identify and acquire new customers.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Generate and qualify leads through market research.

Manage the complete sales pipeline and negotiate contracts.

Collaborate with marketing, operations,



and project teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

✅ Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✅ Experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry is mandatory.

✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

✅ Experience in residential construction or smart home solutions is a strong plus.
