Our goal is to create scalable systems that drive growth and enhance how events are managed and experienced.

We're looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — for our platform. Training & Growth Path:

? 15 days of structured classroom training + co-conduction

? 45 days on-the-job training with a target of ₹2,00,000

? On successful target achievement: ₹7 LPA fixed + ₹3 LPA variable = ₹10 LPA package Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Build relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists,



and influencers to generate business opportunities

Present platform solutions and convert prospects into customers

Close partnership deals with event organizers, including large-scale events

Expand industry network and build relationships within the events & entertainment sector What We're Looking For:

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-driven mindset

Comfortable with outbound outreach, client meetings, and negotiations

Prior sales/BD experience preferred (freshers with robust drive can also apply) ? Interested?
