Job Title: Business Development Manager (Luxury Jewellery Retail)

Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive retail expansion, sales growth, and operational excellence in the luxury jewellery segment.
- The ideal candidate will lead store launches, manage retail operations, build strategic partnerships, and enhance customer experience across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify current store locations and drive retail expansion.
- Oversee store operations, inventory, and team performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
- Drive sales growth, customer engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor market trends,



competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in retail business development, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion.
- Experience in launching and managing multiple retail stores.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a strategic business mindset.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
