Business Development Manager HR Services
Experience: 27 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and HR services.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule client meetings and present company services.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or BPO industry is preferred.
Job Type - Remote Working Hours - 10:00am-7:00pm
