Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and expanding Homeday’s network of service providers.
The Business Development
Manager will conduct market research, develop and execute growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer acquisition. Daily tasks include meeting potential partners, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics,
and preparing reports and proposals to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and partnership management, with a focus on identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to support growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in tech platforms, services marketplaces, or consumer-focused businesses is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings and field visits in and around Noida and nearby regions.
