About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation.

- Conduct compelling virtual demos and face-to-face presentations to showcase AI-driven solutions.

- Visit prospective clients across Bengaluru, understand their business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and consultative selling.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and meetings to negotiations, closing, and onboarding.

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update customer interactions using CRM tools.

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.

- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to succeed in a performance-focused environment.

- Based in Bengaluru with the flexibility to travel locally for client meetings.
