Business Development Manager / Executive – IT Sales

About the Role
Flitz Interactive is looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand our presence in international IT markets, primarily the US and EU. You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, and build lasting relationships with global clients. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across US and EU markets
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and coordinate with technical and delivery teams
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track IT industry trends, competitor activity,
and emerging market opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development (BDM/BDE)
- Prior experience selling to US and/or EU clients (required)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning targets in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead-generation platforms (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
