Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and manage the sales pipeline for web design, development, and digital marketing services. Daily work includes conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The Business Development

Manager will track performance metrics, provide regular sales forecasts and reports,



and contribute to strategic planning for growth in domestic and international markets. This role also involves representing Epic Web Service at client meetings, events, and online consultations to strengthen the company's brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of digital services such as web design and development, Shopify and WordPress solutions, app development, and e-commerce platforms.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including branding, SEO, and online lead generation strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and planning abilities, including market research, opportunity analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Relevant experience in an agency, IT services, or SaaS environment is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, productivity software, and online collaboration platforms is an advantage.
