:

The Candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

The ideal candidate will identify current opportunities, counsel prospective learners, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets while representing the organization's educational offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals and networking
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Generate revenue by achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue




- Support team members in resolving customer objections and closing deals
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion
- Ensure Compliance with company sales processes and CRM Updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience in Edu- Tech
- Strong communication and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal oriented
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Revenue forecasting and sales planning
