Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting clients, managing leads, and building a strong pipeline of projects for the studio. On a day-to-day basis, this role will conduct market research, reach out to potential clients, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate project terms in alignment with company standards.

The manager will collaborate with the design team to understand service capabilities, package offerings, and timelines, ensuring client expectations are clearly defined and met. This is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, involving regular client meetings, networking events,



and relationship management to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, maintaining CRM records, and providing feedback on service improvements and new offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in business development, account management, or consultative selling within creative services, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Ability to understand and communicate branding, graphic design, and social media services in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new segments or opportunities for growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic business software for tracking leads and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience working with design agencies or creative studios is preferred but not mandatory.
