Responsibilities

- The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities across individual learners, educational institutions, and corporate clients, building a strong pipeline of prospects.

- The role involves leading outreach and relationship-building activities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to design and propose appropriate training and skilling solutions.

- The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and track performance metrics to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- This position also requires continuous market research to understand trends in AI education and corporate skilling, and to provide feedback that supports product and program development.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in EdTech, training, or technology services.

- Solid skills in lead generation, pipeline management,



and closing deals with institutional and corporate clients.

- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, with effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfort in delivering presentations and demos, and in collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and training).

- Good understanding of AI, data, and technology trends, or willingness to learn quickly about AI skilling and training solutions.

- Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and client feedback, and to translate insights into action plans.

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, operate independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
