Sales Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and channel partners.
- Meet potential customers and explain construction packages, plots, villas, and interior design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and office meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and project presentations.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and drive conversions until successful closure.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, CRM, and project teams for seamless customer onboarding and project initiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate clients, and referral networks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, promotional events,



and marketing campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance reports to management.
