Position: Business Development Manager ? Location: Mumbai (On-site) ? Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:

- ✔ Build, maintain & visit potential clients (schools, NGOs, and colleges) across India and conduct product demonstrations. ✔ Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth ✔ Generate and qualify leads through client meetings, networking, and regular follow-ups with prospects from the provided database. ✔ Coordinate with the Head Office regarding daily activities, proposals, and deal closures. ✔ Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals. ✔ Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client interactions. ✔ Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects from the provided database. ✔ Strengthen client relationships by ensuring consistent post-deal communication and support.



✔ Ensure smooth client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for successful service delivery. ✔ Work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently achieve business targets. ✔ Travel as required for client meetings and business expansion activities. What We're Looking For:
- ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ✅ 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, or client relationship management. ✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. ✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). ✅ 100% Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and product demonstrations.
