Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be based in Thane and must be open to travel for business meetings across Mumbai, Pune, and other regions as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training and L&D; solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure partnerships.





- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored learning solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Represent Aarvi Learning Solutions at industry events, conferences, and client forums.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- - 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in training, HR consulting, or corporate services.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.

- Based in Thane or nearby areas.
