The interns will support the global BD team on pipeline generation: account research, stakeholder identification, outreach campaigns, and setting up qualified meetings for our senior BD leaders.

Job Details

- Job Title: Business Development Intern

- Job Location: Bangalore

- Job Type: Contract for 6 months. Based on satisfactory performance during the contract period, the role may be converted to a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Research target accounts and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other market intelligence tools.

- Map stakeholders across Data, MDM, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Procurement, and IT leadership.

- Run outreach campaigns over email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads.

- Qualify leads against defined criteria and hand them over to the BD team.

- Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity data in the CRM.

- Report weekly on pipeline metrics, outreach volumes, and conversion rates.

- Support proposal, RFP, and capability deck preparation.





Candidate Profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal English communication.

- Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking to senior stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM exposure is an advantage.

- Target-driven, organized, and able to overlap with US and UK hours when required.

Commission Structure

- Performance-linked incentive on qualified meetings converted to opportunities, and on revenue from deals sourced by the intern.

- Slabs and payout schedule to be finalized before offers are extended.
