Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new business acquisition, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution pitching, proposal management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful business closure and execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media platforms, with a robust focus on LinkedIn.

· Research potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify qualified prospects and emerging opportunities.

· Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.

· Conduct product and service presentations, demonstrations, and introductory meetings with potential customers.

· Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned to their needs.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, commercial quotations, and participate in negotiations to close opportunities.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, pipeline goals, and defined KPIs.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, track interactions, and update the sales pipeline on a regular basis.





· Work closely with internal teams such as technical, delivery, and marketing to ensure smooth transition from opportunity to execution.

· Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, business meetings, and networking forums as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Good understanding of B2B sales and business development practices.

· Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.

· Strong negotiation and proposal preparation capability.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.

· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

· Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

· Prior experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition will be preferred.

· Exposure to digital outreach channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and corporate networking is an advantage.
