We are a growing customer-focused business based in Udaipur and are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base.

Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

This role offers an opportunity to work directly with management led by an XLRI alumnus and gain hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, sales, business development and entrepreneurship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Visit residential neighborhoods, housing societies and commercial establishments across Udaipur.
- Meet potential customers and introduce company services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls and customer visits.
- Build relationships and trust with prospective customers.
- Maintain records of leads, visits and customer interactions.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Confident, proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to handle rejection positively and continue working towards goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to spend most of the workday in the field.
- Basic smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Maps, calling, etc.).
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome.

Requirements:

- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must be willing to travel within Udaipur for customer meetings and field visits (standard daytime business hours).
- Must be reliable, disciplined and qualified in conduct.
