Role: Sr. Business Development Executive – US Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients)

Location: Onsite(100 feet Road, Madhapur)

Job Summary:

Looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.

You’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.

This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network.
- Handle the sales cycle — from leads to conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers.
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
- Grow accounts and drive repeat business.
- Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly.

Performance Expectations:

- Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving.




- Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding).
- Start getting requirements from clients early on.
- Bring in and grow a few active client accounts.
- Maintain consistency in adding new business.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT staffing business development.
- Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage the sales cycle independently.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.

Valuable to Have:

- Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers.
- Experience in client acquisition and closures.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
