Role & Responsibilities:

PCM Uniforms (PCM Apparels Pvt. Ltd.) is a 35-year-old ISO 9001:2015 certified school uniform manufacturer with three production facilities across India. We are official channel partners for Liberty, Bata, and Adidas school ranges, currently supplying 150+ schools pan-India.

- Approach school principals, administrators and procurement heads directly in Delhi NCR
- Pitch PCM uniform solutions and convert schools into long-term supply contracts
- Own the complete sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract
- Maintain and grow relationships with acquired school accounts

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years field sales experience selling directly to schools or educational institutions




- Must have existing relationships with school principals or procurement heads in Delhi NCR
- Prior experience in EdTech, school ERP, books, stationery, or school transport preferred
- Self-driven, comfortable working independently in the field
