Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential locations for business expansion.
- Assist in scouting and shortlisting properties based on company parameters.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants to gather site details.
- Assist in legal and administrative documentation for property acquisition.
- Liaise with internal teams for feasibility assessments and due diligence.
- Support the licensing and regulatory compliance process by coordinating with government officials.
- Maintain records of potential and acquired locations, including agreements and contracts.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,



including landlords and authorities.
- Provide logistical support for site visits, negotiations, and approvals.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or property scouting.
- Solid research and documentation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and property assessments.
