Generate leads through cold calling, email, and Linked In outreach

Connect with CPA firms and accounting businesses

Identify decision-makers and schedule qualified meetings

Understand client requirements and present our staffing solutions

Achieve business development and sales targets

What We’re Looking For

✔ 1–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

✔ Strong cold-calling and outbound sales skills

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✔ A confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset

✔ Experience in B2 B, staffing, or outsourcing is a plus

Work with international clients

Grow in a fast-paced environment
