Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and highly articulate Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, your primary focus will be inside sales: proactively calling warm and cold leads, identifying their cross-border shipping needs, overcoming objections, and driving them to a successful booking conversion. Because you will be the first point of contact for individual customers across diverse regions, absolute fluency in both English and Hindi is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities

- Lead Generation Outbound Calling: Proactively call leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media sign-ups, and database lists.

- Pipeline Management: Guide potential customers through the sales funnel from initial introductory call to calculating shipping rates, explaining customs compliance, and finalizing the pickup schedule.

- Conversion Optimization: Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for outbound call volume, lead-to-conversion rates,



and successfully booked shipments.

- Customer Education: Clear up customer confusion regarding packaging requirements, restricted items, and destination country rules using easy, everyday language.

- Consultative Selling: Pitch the specific value propositions of Manvi International Courier (e.g., our specialized diaspora lanes like the Canada-Punjab route, door-to-door pickup, and secure handling).

- CRM Maintenance: (Zoho) Accurately log call dispositions, customer requirements, follow-up dates, and conversion statuses in our CRM system.

Requirements

- Absolute fluency in both English and Hindi is a mandatory requirement.
