Responsibilities
- Bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write customized proposals.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Meet monthly lead and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Upwork bidding experience.
- Experience with Digital Marketing & Web Development projects.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
