Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound channels.

· Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and digital marketing solutions.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology and marketing solutions.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.

· Conduct online meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

· Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure timely proposal submissions and project handover.

· Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing sales.

· Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.





· Knowledge of proposal writing and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.) will be an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of Website Development, Mobile Applications, SEO, PPC, SMO, and related IT services.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.

· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools, and MS Office.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
