Role & responsibilities :

Analyze business dynamics and market trends on a daily basis and prepare month-on-month reports on insurer performance and business trends.

Assess the overall potential of Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) insurers and implement strategies to bridge business gaps, improve retention, and strengthen partnerships with Medi Assist.

Identify, onboard, and drive engagement with top-performing insurance agents while monitoring real-time business and market trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and create value across departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and key agents across multiple locations.

Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective coordination across internal teams and locations.

Conduct training sessions for internal teams, insurance partners, and agents on recent products, process changes, policy updates, and portal enhancements through virtual and classroom-based programs.

Address operational and product-related queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
