We're Hiring: Business Development Executive / Manager (Field Sales) – MedPG Locations: Mumbai Pune Nagpur Nashik Employment Type: Full-Time About MedPG MedPG is a leading medical education platform dedicated to helping MBBS students and medical professionals excel in NEET PG, INI-CET, FMGE, NEXT, and other postgraduate medical entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities Visit assigned medical colleges, teaching hospitals, and coaching institutes. Build strong relationships with Class Representatives (CRs), interns, PG aspirants, and faculty members . Recruit and manage Campus Ambassadors/CRs across medical colleges.

Conduct seminars, classroom presentations, and student engagement activities. Generate leads and convert them into enrollments. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates.

Coordinate with the marketing and inside sales teams. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.

Eligibility





Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city and nearby areas.
