We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Trainee BDE to join our IT services team. Freshers with a strong interest in business development are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms.

- Identify and connect with potential clients.

- Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospects.

- Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements.

- Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in BDE / Lead Generation.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Experience with Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, Hunter, Sales Navigator, or CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
